Matchmaker, Matchmaker
So I was talking with factoryjoe about The Mars Volta’s Frances the Mute album, and brought up TryFirefox.com after mentioning it to steeler_fan on IRC. Because of sf’s apparent like of the idea, I mentioned this to fj, and he seemed to be still interested in it as well.
So now, I have steelerfan (who is interested, sorta) and I told him to talk to factoryjoe (who is interested and runs the site) about it. Two people, interested in making something happen (maybe), and it’s because of me.
Of course, this is because I get to say I made something happen without actually doing much in the way of actual work on it. That’s nice.
Considering that I came up with this idea months ago, started work on it, and then got push back and so dropped it, I can credit you with getting this going again… If you get people to actually complete the effort, then I’ll commend you.
